Ana Maria Gonzalez was born and raised in Miami, FL. She is known for her large scale oil and acrylic paintings, focusing on her history and culture as a first generation born Cuban- American. She received her Bachelors in Painting with a minor in Art History from the University of Miami. Her artwork has been displayed in the Scholastics PAMM, the New World Gallery, Studio Art Centers International Gallery, Oregon College of Arts and Crafts Gallery, and Maryland Institute College of Art Gallery.
